If you're in the know, I'm sure you know what these are. They have been taking many websites down. I read something on Kirby Wiki about these two, and here's what I saw. The things I bolded and underlined are the most important. That could mean more than Kirby Wiki. What about this one?

Can Kirby Wiki join the Anti-Sopa movement? Like the other sites they are censoring material to show what happens when SOPA passes. So are we going to blackout the site? FinnAwesome [1]Its going......HOME RUN! 02:56, January 19, 2012 (UTC)

I know Wikipedia has decided to pull off a partial blackout in protest. Wikia and Kirby Wiki are unaffiliated with wikipedia. Wikia itself has stated its stance against SOPA and PIPA before and have taken certain action, and that should be enough - just read on community central. For Kirby Wiki to do something like that wouldn't be prudent - one, it violates Wikia's terms of use and will get the wiki's administrators in trouble with Wikia staff, two, we do not have the traffic or the correct audience to make an effect. Pompously mimicking wikipedia's actions would result in inconvenience for our users and nothing more. Wikipedia's message already represents all wikis and more - that's good enough. Does anybody know how harmful SOPA and PIPA will be to Kirby Wiki anyway? Are we at risk of being shut down or something?NerdyBoutKirbyThat's what I am. Savvy? 18:16, January 19, 2012 (UTC)
If the bill passes, the legislation allows that, yes. Changtau2005 [3] Poyo! 20:18, January 19, 2012 (UTC)
